Harassment in the Workplace
Conduct that amounts to harassment is not necessarily limited to verbal acts, but it covers a range of behaviour.
The Equality Act 2010 states that harassment occurs when an individual engages in unwanted conduct that relates to a protected characteristic or unwanted conduct of a sexual nature.
Our Harassment in the Workplace Training Course will help develop your understanding of harassment, what to do if you experience or witness it and how to prevent and manage it.
