Courses are assigned to people, in two formats. In-depth courses of 30 to 45 minutes for onboarding and annual training, and Compliance Bites of 3 to 5 minutes for awareness and refreshers. Both feed the same audit trail.
Chasing the people who have not done it
Automated reminders do the chasing on a schedule you set. Nobody has to keep a mental list of who is outstanding, and nobody has to send the third awkward email.

The administration should not grow with the headcount

Licences recycle when someone leaves, so a joiner takes the place of a leaver rather than requiring a new purchase mid-term. Moving up a tier is pro-rated. What you are avoiding is the position where growth quietly turns compliance training into somebody's second job.

The content is ready to assign and maintained for you. If your firm needs to author its own courses, build bespoke workflows or run a training function, that is a different product and Skillcast Portal is built for it.
No integrations are required, and none are included to start.
CoreCompliance runs in the browser with no installs and no IT project. If single sign-on or an HR system integration is a requirement rather than a preference, say so early so you get routed correctly.
There are no roles to configure.
Courses are assigned to people, not to job roles. There is no role model to set up and no way to attach a training set to a role and have it flow to everyone in it. For a firm of this size that is usually a simplification rather than a loss, but it is worth knowing before you plan around it.
The trial does not include this area.
Everything on this page is part of a paid subscription. On the 30-day trial the managing area is not available: a trial user takes courses and sees their own training record, and nothing else. If you want to see the admin side before you buy, ask for a walkthrough rather than expecting to find it in the trial.
It does not decide what your staff need.
You choose the courses and who gets them. What any individual is required to complete depends on your firm's activities and permissions, and that judgement stays with you or your consultant.

How long does setup actually take?
Most firms are running within the hour. There is no implementation phase, no content to build and no configuration to agree before staff can be invited and training assigned.
Do we need IT to get started?
No. CoreCompliance runs in the browser. There are no installs and no integrations required to start.
How many people can administer it?
Unlimited admins on every plan. More than one person can assign training and pull evidence, so it does not depend on a single individual being available.
Can we see the managing and reporting side during the trial?
No. The trial gives each person their own courses and their own training record. The managing area, including assignment and the completion reports, is part of a paid subscription. Ask for a walkthrough if you want to see it before deciding.
What does it cost as we grow?
Pricing is tiered by team size, from £349 a year for a single user up to £1,949 for 41 to 50 users, annual and excluding VAT. There is no setup fee, updates are included, and moving up a tier is pro-rated.
Can we cancel?
The 30-day trial needs no card, so there is nothing to cancel if you stop before it ends. After that, cancelling switches off the next renewal; it does not cancel the term you have already paid for.
